Week 1_Adventures in New Foods

Trying new foods is going to be part of my trying new things in the new year goals.  Week 1 introduced crab cakes.  I’m not a big fish eater as it was never a staple in our home growing up, so I’ve been slowly trying new fish over the past couple of years.  Impressions thus far: I love shrimp and fried calamari, as for the crab cake, I could take it or leave it.  It was OK but now I know; besides, when I looked up the nutritional info for Wegman’s crab cake it’s sooo not worth it.

What to try next week….hmmmm
